Three rough pieces of hardened and tempered sheet steel

These scrapers appear to have been cut and shipped without smoothing the edges. Probably laser cut, but definitely not smoothed, let alone polished or polished to be burr free. The steel appears to be properly hardened and tempered. It took quite a long time to make the edges smooth and square in preparation for polishing. Once raised, the burr cuts well and promises longevity. What I got was three pieces of carbon steel, much like you would get an old handsaw blade with a hacksaw and a file.
