Wrinkles everywhere

I bought this great looking quilt for a colleague but not sure I would give it to her in this condition. Received the goods, it was sealed in a vacuum plastic bag. He took that thing out and it's all in folds. Without washing instructions, I don't know how to wash and dry it to remove wrinkles. Bad way to sell a gift.
