Keeping disconnecting/rebooting, stopped working after 30 days

I ordered this device to work as a keyboard and mouse switcher between my work machine and my Raspberry Pi 4 which I use as a home office. It kicked off every few hours or so when connected devices seemed to disappear from the host computer and reappeared after a second or two since day one. But for the most part it was bearable. He even did it with auxiliary power connected. But this morning the switch just doesn't work. Attached peripherals are not displayed at all on any of the host machines. Not the best buy at any price.
