I like that they have made it easy by having all of my accounts in one place, which makes everything easier! The customer service has been great too - always willing/able to help me out as needed (even when its just an FYI). They are very transparent about fees so there's no surprises or hidden costs at any point during our relationship together. There isn't much dislikes right now but if you ask questions early enough before we start working through them then most issues can be resolved beforehand. If anyone wants assistance setting up your account properly this team will guide you every step along the way until things go smoothly from beginning to end. Setting up multiple retirement plans was difficult without some guidance since each plan had different rules & requirements. This helped us get organized quickly and easily while also helping ensure compliance across several departments within.
