Bad design and bad quality.

Addendum says stock. I received the item after the day I needed it. It looks like it is made in China or somewhere where the quality is lacking. The lock nuts do not remain engaged. when you try to tighten them. Nut caps that need to stay tight. When the screws are tightened, they do not engage evenly, they move slightly after tightening. All bad design.
