*update* after the original review and some assistance from Revain chat I was able to get into contact with a representative from the company that was very helpful amd informative. I was able to get my system completely set up and operational. I am very pleased with the quality of the video and the app to live view the cameras and view the recordings is very easy to use after you get it set up. The system was fairly easy to set up with the instructions I was provided from the rep and they were very timely answering after about 9 pm. Overall I am very astisfied with with end result. Would have rated 5 stars if had not had original issuesCameras seem to work well. But the a system came with a password and the company is impossible to get ahold of. Had this for 2 months and still haven't received proper assistance from the company. And what assistance I did receive was for a different device amd they wont reapond now so i have a useless set if cameras. Very disappointed and wish I wouod have bought the other set i was looking at.
