I can really feel the arm working the tight muscles in my shoulders. It is very difficult and expensive to massage this area yourself, getting a regular massage offers a temporary solution. My physical therapist suggests this product. I'm 5ft 2in so the massager is quite big for me but I was able to adjust it to work in the areas I needed. The wide wrist straps really help getting it in the right place and keeping it there. This massager works not only on the neck, shoulders and back, but also on the tense muscles of the thighs and forearms. I've only been using it for a few days, but I've already noticed that I'm taking less painkillers. In the right place, it really looks like a hand working with tight muscles. I hope that with prolonged use, my neck and shoulder problems will get even better. If you have small frames or are skinny like me, try not to wear them for too long at a time as you can make the area very sensitive. I have found that it works best if I use it for 10 minutes, rest for half an hour and use again. It also gives your muscles time to rest in between. I recommend it.
