I bought this unit because it was well tested and made by a top notch company. I bought this expecting it to be a better device than my old Asus AC-RT68U router. In a way, it is: uptime, speed, and coverage have been phenomenal. Unfortunately, this means giving up many advanced features like QoS, port triggering, OpenVPN, and DDNS. The admin page for this device is a single page with multiple options. There are other options available in the app, but these are not available through the web interface. The Amplifi Teleport app lets you access your home network on the go, but there's no desktop app, so don't expect connectivity from a laptop or desktop. All in all I wouldn't buy this system if there was another choice. It's pretty reliable and I'll do my best until I can afford a better system that's cheaper and has the features I should expect from a modern router.
