I bought this item because it came with a lot of extra parts. I only needed the right (RB) and left (LB) top buttons to fix two broken LB buttons on my controllers. Using these parts with the optional XBOX button center section included in the kit may result in the LB button sticking and the switch in the controller not being pressed properly. After a few minutes of trial and error, I ended up using the midsections from my original controllers. This will ensure that the internal switch makes good contact with the plastic button. I think the alignment was a bit wrong using the center pieces that came with the kit. I recommend this kit as it comes with extra screws and all the necessary hardware to repair the controller. Can't give feedback on the replacement joystick switches that came with it, but the rest fit in well.
