In my situation, with the noise reduction turned on, it crackled in the left ear. I returned it to the seller, he sent it to Sony service. For a month, Sony kept the headphones at home, they did not respond to requests. The seller decided to return the money without waiting for a response from Sony. Now I’m still looking for a device for myself, I can’t make a choice . I thought about taking the same headphones, but I read that many had the same problems. All in all, I didn't risk it. Thanks to the store and market for sorting out my problem. I have not contacted Sony before and will not try again.
