EDIT: changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars. I contacted them about receiving the wrong rug pad and they sent the correct one right away. It's the same quality as my rug pads in the past. 10/10 quality and thickness. Original review follows.I've used quality felt rug pads in the past and they are far superior to the cheap perforated, puffy rubber rug pads (the kind you can pick up at the dollar store). I've had issues with the perforated rug pads indelibly leaving pattern marks on the floor. So I ordered what I thought was a nice thick felt rug pad the same as my other pads. Nope, they sent the cheap rug pad. I've contacted them to see how they will fix this error.
