I installed this hose easily in a few minutes, but water pressure at the spray nozzle was very reduced. After determining the problem was the small inner diameter of hose, I contacted the seller, Purrfect Zone. They gave me a full refund (which was on my credit card within 3-4 days) and told me to keep the hose. 5 stars for customer service. Other than reducing the water pressure (which wasn't on the advertisement), this seemed to be a good replacement hose. Both end fittings were metal. The hose probably stretches to its advertised length. Its un-stretched length is about 84".Update October 2020: Out-of-the-blue, Purrfectzone sent us one of their diverter valves free of charge which we just installed in a second shower with this hose. The valve did not improve the water pressure, but it is much easier to operate than the diverter valve that we got with original hand shower. Thanks Purrfectzone. I'll raise my rating from 3-star to 4-star.
