Review on Yokohama Geolandar A/T G015 215/65 R16 98H all season by Michal Cedronski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I do not cease to rejoice at the purchase, a very good deal!

Better than g012, much better than stock 091 in every way. After G012 is discontinued, there is no alternative. Pebbles from the tread do not fly and it does not clog with them, as many write. Manufactured in 2022. When balancing, a lot of weights were hung, even when optimizing the disk. The composition of the rubber is very elastic, like in winter. I think due to this it sticks to the road very well.

Pros
  • Excellent tires! I put it on the Forester instead of G012. The 015 outperforms the 012 in every way, especially in the mud. 012-I blurred faster. Water drainage seemed better. Feels like the 015th is lighter than the 012, the 012 has "a lot of rubber". The term of use is one summer. Drove her from MSC all of Abkhazia. I drove along the rocky mountains to the tunnel in front of the checkpoint in the Kodori Gorge, drove to the alpine meadows of the Auadkhara spring, to the Gegsky waterfall. All wheels remained intact, without roofs and breaks., which is just Super! Upon arrival, I checked the balance - it did not go away. It has excellent rubber protection on the sidewalls in the tread area. This probably saved me from damage on rocky mountain roads. Braking, both wet and dry, is excellent. They don't squeal in corners. The road is excellent! The tread pattern made it possible to survive sudden sleet without loss. There were no slippages on wet snow, in the absence of ice. The neighbors' summer wheels were slipping.
Cons
  • A lot of wear, after a trip is noticeable to the eye. Small range of sizes. There is no regular 225/60/17. I had to set the profile to 65, since it fit perfectly.
