As good as OEM in my Ram 1500

3 easy screws to remove and install. This did the trick for my intermittent device. Installation took less than 5 minutes. Removed 3 bolts from old block. Unplugged and removed. I connected the new unit, put it in place and tightened the 3 screws. Very simple tip: make sure you install the new one completely level, otherwise one side of the fan may rub inside. There's not much clearance, so take your time.
