I no longer have to press the dashboard to turn on the fan. Seems to work the same as the one that came with the truck. Maybe a little louder than the original. Can't beat the price.

Something is wrong with the design, the fan is rubbing against the housing wall. When it's running at full power you don't hear anything, but at lower fan speeds you can hear a distinct click, similar to how a kid stuck a card into the spokes of your bike wheel to sound like a motorcycle.

What should have taken minutes turned into an hour. The pins you use to connect it to the power supply are tiny and you need to make a few modifications to match the original connector. In addition, at low speeds the engine makes noise, as if it is about to die. It blows as it should, but don't expect the same quality as the original.

It did its job, snapped in and blew the air out. The one I got made a whirring/buzzing noise. Not very loud, but just the right tone and volume to distract you while driving. Fortunately, Revane accepted the return. Unfortunately I couldn't try a replacement, I needed my defroster so I had to buy another brand. What was calm.

3 easy screws to remove and install. This did the trick for my intermittent device. Installation took less than 5 minutes. Removed 3 bolts from old block. Unplugged and removed. I connected the new unit, put it in place and tightened the 3 screws. Very simple tip: make sure you install the new one completely level, otherwise one side of the fan may rub inside. There's not much clearance, so take your time.

OEM fan motors were $130+. OEM replacement is still $100. I chose this one because it was 1/3 the OEM price. Fits great. Super easy installation. The only difference is that you can hear the sound of the motor when it's on to the max. Very quiet hair dryer noise. For me it is not critical, since it is much cheaper. I originally bought this motor because my bearing was making noise at speed 1. I thought it was bearing wear. When this one came. Very easy to install just under the passenger side panel. When I plugged everything in and turned it on, it wasn't the quietest motor, and you could hear it when the radio wasn't on. Then I realized speed 3 wouldn't work. bought this fan for my truck and when i had it installed i wasn't happy but i have to say it worked it was just noisy and rattled as if when running the bearings would be dry with oil and sloppy. It worked better than my old factory unit which was just worn out so I can't say it was complete junk, just poor quality in my opinion. I'll give it 4 stars but honestly I think it probably deserves 3 stars. First if you need a fan that pushes RESERVE AIRFLOW. it's not that! To be honest, it moves maybe a little more than HALF. My car takes 2x longer to cool initially due to airflow. The installation didn't go so smoothly either. I had to slam hard to get the unit up properly and then lift it up to connect the wiring harness. The connections were not cleanly cut and the burrs had to be removed. Yes, it's about 1/3 the cost of a
