The customer support team has been amazing! I have had several questions answered quickly which was extremely helpful in my decision making process for this software vs other options available out there within our industry.- Very easy setup/use once you get everything set up correctly - Some functions may require some additional training from their staff member but all are incredibly knowledgeable about what they do so it's not difficult at that point. We're using Resymos as an online reservation platform (we also use them internally) between front end employees with smartphones who make calls into tables during peak hours or if customers need help finding specific items before being seated etc. It saves time by allowing us to see exactly where things stand without having someone physically sitting behind every computer across multiple stores simultaneously keeping track manually. ResyOS is a great tool for our restaurant. I have been able to keep track of reservations, tables, and customers in one place. I have had some issues with the reporting tools, but this could be improved. The customer service is amazing. They always respond quickly and work with me to find a solution. I wish we could add more people to the restaurant. We use it to manage reservations and tables, and to keep track of our waitlist.
