Excellent Customer Service / Easy To Use

The customer support team has been amazing! I have had several questions answered quickly which was extremely helpful in my decision making process for this software vs other options available out there within our industry.- Very easy setup/use once you get everything set up correctly - Some functions may require some additional training from their staff member but all are incredibly knowledgeable about what they do so it's not difficult at that point. Resy Software is user-friendly and provides great ease of access

I like that there are many different options for how you can track your tables as well in terms where they're at right now or what their status was during an event (such us when someone RSVPs but then never shows up). It's very easy using this software because everything has been put together so nicely! There isn't anything really bad about it unless maybe if people don’t know exactly which features work best with them personally - we've had some customers who have used other systems before…
