I like that they work with me at my pace when designing large projects or complex designs as well working in smaller more personalised jobs for one offs etc.

Nothing really but i would say communication could be improved if you have an issue please get back straight away rather than waiting days/weeks! We design new buildings all over England so we need them around us most of our time which is great however sometimes it can take weeks just getting feedback from someones emails especially during busy times - not good!! So far everything has been fine though nothing major issues yet only small things here n there mainly due problems solved quickly after contacting support team via email.
