I love that you can create multiple pages, add images etc so there's no need to have one long page! Also being able to see who has viewed each question helps me keep track if someone hasn't seen an answer yet or just forgot about their own problem but still wants help solving theirs - great feature!! It would be nice though maybe adding tags like google does could make searching easier? That way we know exactly where people want us too look first (if any). We use this site mainly internally within our office however some clients also utilise them which means sometimes getting support from different departments at once i'm sure everyone gets confused by all these emails coming through haha :) But very useful website otherwise definitely recommend using especially now Covid-19 isn´t affecting many businesses anymore therefore more workable online than face2face meetings/phone calls.
