FAQHUB makes it easy and quick for your customers to find what they are looking for in the FAQ section without having to reach out to customer service. This tool is designed to enhance your customers’ experience and to reduce the load on your customer service team. FAQHUB is enriched with features such as flexibility for users to ask new questions when they do not find the required answers and project admin access for the streamlined organisation of questions. Set your own rules for sorting questions, publishing, restricting, and validity dates. Create custom categories at the project level and assign the questions for each group.

I really enjoy using this site for research

I like how you can create different categories, subcategories etc., so that people don't have too many options but still get all their information from one place! You also see at once everything related or about something specific rather than getting lost searching through pages upon endless webpages while trying figure things ouut yourself (as happens sometimes). Sometimes there's lag time between creating an item/question which causes some confusion because then we're unsure if someone else…

Pros
  • Good to find answers fast without having go for long searches in several websites looking over multiple tabs with various results not relevant what your query was actually seeking help within it.
  • The site is easy user friendly when signing into account as well logging back out again whenever needed.Also very effective tool especially useful whilst working online via mobile devices

I love using this site - great way to answer many people at once!

I love that you can create multiple pages, add images etc so there's no need to have one long page! Also being able to see who has viewed each question helps me keep track if someone hasn't seen an answer yet or just forgot about their own problem but still wants help solving theirs - great feature!! It would be nice though maybe adding tags like google does could make searching easier? That way we know exactly where people want us too look first (if any). We use this site mainly internally…

  • Easy To Use & Very user friendly interface.
  • Great features for tracking views in questions as well feedback received via email when submitting answers with your team members helping solve others problems easily without needing admin rights required.Great tool !!!!
