I cant believe I paid for it, the quality is disgusting.
The pump itself does a great job. But after 1.5-2 years you will have to fork out for a new one. Considering the SEVERE EXAMINATION OF SERVICE CENTERS, there are risks that you will not get a free new pump under warranty. In the instructions, the manufacturer "promises" the operation of the pump for FIVE (!) years with a 2-year warranty. THIS IS CRAZY (now it's called a "marketing ploy" π ) CONCLUSION: STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Currently bought another cool pump with similar cool features from another company.
- Set and forget! When we installed the pump, we were absolutely delighted !
- WERE DELIGHTED . exactly 1.5 years. Then he died. I changed the pump under warranty (I'm not an engineer, I can't clarify the details of the breakdown). But the service shop engineers clarified all the details of the installation, requested photographs of the conditions where the pump was located and came to the conclusion that the pump was operated in the correct conditions. A second NEW pump was installed (a free pump under warranty; by the way, the warranty no longer applies to the second pump). The second pump also died about 2 years after installation.
