Good vest Bad moisture pack

Very happy with the vest. It's lightweight, has tons of pockets, and fits me well (5ft 10in, 39in chest, males). The zippered pocket is too small for one of today's premium phones, but I've found that using one of the soft mesh water bottle pockets with an elasticated drawstring is perfect for storing my phone. I can easily take it out of my pocket without fear of it falling out. I have the model with the hydration pouch and it's not the best as 2 things really hold it back: 1) Resealing the pouch after filling is a pain. The plastic is flimsy and wants to slip when you try to thread it through the narrower channel (that's probably not the right name for it). 2) The valve is terrible. To let the water through you have to move the valve up, and it's not that easy to tell if you have water while you're running (and even when you don't). Also, the soft plastic part that looks like a pacifier is also difficult to use. I cut the old one off and put in the bite valve on my Osprey water bottle and it's a lot better. If you get a hydration pack, I highly recommend getting the valve (at the time of writing this) for $6: https://www.amazon.com/Osprey-Tapa-v%C3%A1lvula-mordida-hidr% C3%A1ulica /dp/B01LXGGUEP/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=osprey+hydration+pack+parts&qid=1595208658&sa-no-redirect=1&sr=8-4&pldnSite=1
