Revain Fail Good for Decking & Fencing

There were no fitting instructions, one of the springs that came with the functionality stretched out to the point of being inoperable. So cheaply made, outrageously priced it must be! For the price I thought it would be a solid, sturdy shelf. This piece cost no more than $15 to make. Just really bad. i will return it
