I like that it can do different things depending upon what you need (monitoring or alert). The interface could be better but we're working through those kinks as well! Currently using this software in an office environment where our employees are remote workers who use their own devices at home all day long while sitting behind keyboards/mice only occasionally when needed by someone else's PC remotely across town via VPN connection from afar; they also frequently connect wirelessly directly into meetings without needing any more than just being near wireless access points which happens quite often given everyone having laptops during work hours plus some of us have tablets too - so far no problems other then occasional lag time between keyboard inputting & screen refreshment due to distance factor.
