The ability to record calls, log chats, and notes in one place makes it easy to keep track of all interactions with customers or clients. I like that VOB can be set up so you only see certain types of records (e.g., missed calls). If you want to get granular about your data then there are more advanced features but they may not be as intuitive. We use VOB across our organization and have been very happy with its ease of setup and usage. It's also helped us train new hires quickly since we know exactly where each interaction occurred, what was said, etc.
