The platform is very intuitive to use and has an amazing user experience. I love how simple it is to create different types of rewards programs that are personalized according to your needs or business goals. There's nothing really bad about this program at all! Great product with tons of features. We're using bonuses as part of our employee recognition strategy. Employees can earn points by performing tasks such as taking attendance, completing surveys, etc. Once employees reach certain point thresholds (such as 1000 bonus points), their names will be submitted into monthly drawings for prizes like gift cards, free meals, merchandise, etc.
