What I received is NOT a Blu-ray player!
The product description states that it is a Blu-Ray DVD drive. The product I received has a Blu-ray label on the front. Imagine my shock when I couldn't open any of the Blu-rays. A paper label on the bottom of the player indicated that it was an external optical disc hard drive. This device is not compatible with Blu-ray discs. I really needed this player for my work assignments at home. The inconveniences were disappointing, to say the least. I should have given the product one star but would have given a minus if I could.
