Beware of big heads
Hat is overall pretty but I don't think a 1-3T would fit a 3 year old. I bought this for my child when he was less than a year old and it fit well and I was hoping to use it again this winter but it's too tight. It fluctuates between the 85th and 95th percentile, but is still below the average age of three years.
