Absolutely perfect. YES, it's a bit tricky to hit the faucet, but only until you do it a few times; The real trick is to just create your own technique. I use this on a portable dishwasher adapter that makes the sink faucet spray like it's coming out of a garden hose. I constantly wipe the water off the wall and faucet because the jet is so powerful and uncontrollable that when the water hits the plate, it bounces off in all directions. This absolutely solves the problem; The water flows smooth and gently like I have a standard aerator faucet end and I love that the crazy rubber adapter has two settings: flow and shower. So here's my trick. I placed it on the end of the faucet at a slight angle and twisted the rubber adapter around the end of the faucet. When I reach the limit of twist that my hand can handle, I continue to hold it against the faucet with pressure with the other hand, and then continue to push and twist (making sure you're holding the top of the faucet with the same amount of force to press). Don't bend it or break the seal around the top of the sink). It usually only takes about 3 pushes/twists to get it in place and it definitely got easier after the first 2 times. Don't be intimidated by the ridiculously small hole (literally the size of a pencil) - it SHOULD fit in a faucet. I use the dishwasher every other day, which means every other day I detach the aerator and put it back on the faucet after the dishwasher is connected. The people who complain that it doesn't actually run down the faucet just haven't figured out how to do it right yet. I love this stupid, stupid thing.
