I moved from an apartment to my first house. At my apartment I'd had a command strip soap dish in my cheap apartment shower and it worked for many years. However it REFUSED to stick to my new marble shower. I tried several times, and inevitably a few days later I'd hear a large crash in the bathroom. I bought this instead and it's stayed for several weeks now, no more crashes. Very easy to install too, and looks nice. My only complaint is the smaller bars of soap can fall through if you aren't careful. Still, it does what it was designed to do.
