Received defective items and the seller sent replacement parts immediately if the seller stands behind the products they sell which gives me confidence that I will buy again. A defective product can happen, but the seller is the key to returning customers. (My sister bought a security camera system (8 WiFi cameras and a recorder + hard drive) when we told them one camera is connected to WiFi, the seller asked to send everything back to get another system, all cameras were installed (how could we spend time shooting everything because only one camera is bad.) We are used to 7 cameras from there. I later installed 2 more systems for my mother in law but avoid this seller site.
