- but it flows. If you put it on its side, don't tighten it (actually tighten it), it will leak and spread all over your purse, bag or bedding. Edit: Moved from 4 to 3. The way this applicator is set up, you can't use the bottom half; it is not enough. but when i turn it upside down it drips. I had to quit. :(
