I paid $160 for a professional red balayage. Look at the photos. Exactly 10 days after using this shampoo with room temperature water, my color was completely gone! All that's left is where my hair was bleached lighter. The shampoo is thick and gel-like, doesn't rinse my hair well and leaves this nasty residue that makes my top third of my hair weigh down and greasy after about 12 hours! If you spray this substance on your head and try to wash it off with just water, you will fail! Leaves a greasy residue. I hate to even mention it, but this is the first time I've gotten pimples on my head here and there, uh-uh! This shampoo is ruined. I have used Pureology and Davines in the past with much better results and cleaning. In fact, this shampoo usually makes me feel good for 2 days without having to wash my hair. The air conditioning is not very good either. It doesn't leave my hair soft and healthy, and in fact my hair needs to be brushed about 5 times a day to keep it from becoming diaper friendly! I usually brush my hair in the morning and feel good for the rest of the day. I just can't believe there are good reviews for this product. Will they get money or did I get a fake product? The good reviews seriously made me scratch my weighted colorless head.
