I like that they are one of only two recruiters to have their own in-house team full time dedicated solely for logistics recruiting, which is great because it means we don't waste resources having other companies do this work! Communication with managers can be challenging sometimes when you're not speaking directly but instead working through another recruiter/company who's communicating back & forth (even though those steps might seem small). It also takes some amount of persistence from my end as well since our pipeline isn’t always filled or ready immediately. The best part about being able to use them over traditional staffing firms would definitely just by knowing how efficient everything runs without all the extra overhead costs associated wth hiring temp labor every month etc., so nothing really at first sight!!
