Satisfactory product quality, good price.

Because the 50mm f/1.8G AF-S was often too narrow for my needs (because I shoot on crop), I upgraded to this lens. It's tiny and compact, and there are no annoying creaks or squeaks. When the number 35 is worn "backwards," you can't adjust the focus of either lens.
The rotation is generally smoother at 50mm; moreover, after going to the extreme position, there is the same "nut" in the extreme position, you will feel that you have reached the extreme position, and if you don't look carefully, the extreme position can be missed. This is because 50 doesn't limp that much.

Pros

The cost of interest could be reduced by 30–40%, which is not excessive for someone aged 35.

Cons

If there is a (not very strong) object in the way of your focus and the background, your image will blur horrifically, even in decent lighting (and cost you more than fifty dollars).
