This is exactly what I was looking for. My old pair had product code 0725 UX 0125N 147/08 B 2 which I looked for and couldn't find. And that was it! Also, you don't have to remove the screws. There is a small protrusion around the spring that can be pryed off with a small flat head screwdriver. The spring will then pop out of the ball on the bracket. So if you have current mounts, you don't need to order them. I'm not good at fixing things at all and this was easy to replace in minutes. I would definitely order this product.
