Review on Silicone Dish Sponges Cleaning Dishwasher by Paul Monzon

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I haven't liked it so far.

I was looking for something more durable and less smelly to replace the traditional dishwashing sponge. Because it is non-absorbent, it does not lather and does not hold soap. Maybe it's a learning curve. I feel like I'm wasting a lot of soap and it wasn't what I was hoping for. I love to bake bread every week and it's great for washing dishes after baking. The traditional sponge gets sticky with flour, but it breaks through the dirt from the dough and then rinses perfectly. No, it doesn't replace my sponge, but it's great for extra pan cleaning after baking. I've had them for last year and they still look like new, they're solid. Only different in the application due to the lack of absorbency. Hope that helps!
