I have a second pair of these shoes. I lived in Minnesota when I had my first pair and they were great for fishing, getting in and out of the water, and launching a boat. I fish with a pedal trolling motor and these shoes do not interfere with foot control. Also. Excellent grip on my boat deck and protects your feet well from hot boat carpet or bare ground. My first pair lasted about 5 years and I just received my new pair. Love her. I wear men's size 9 or 9½. My first pair was a 10 and I was considering buying 9 for my second pair if they came in anything other than camo. 10 fit but too big.
