Bought 3 different models - ALL great!

I Bought ZOSI 4PACK 1920TVL 1080P 4-in-1 HD TVI/CVI/AHD/CVBS Surveillance Cameras 100ft Night Vision Cameras Home Security Day/Night Waterproof Camera for 960H/720P/1080N/1080N/1080N Analogue/1080N The Cameras from DVR Systems are beginning to replace an already installed 10 year old camera system that has started to be more of a nuisance than a surveillance system. The old cameras got so bad that a person walking directly in front of the cameras could not be identified from 10 feet away. Because I work in a prison, I'm under more scrutiny in some areas and less critical in others. I chose 3 different camera styles with different viewing options for the areas I was trying to observe. plug and play After watching the footage from these cameras I was very impressed with the clarity of the video and in the application I needed these cameras for I needed a wide field of view to cover a large area. Then I installed 2 (total 8 cameras) ZOSI 4 Pack 2.0 Megapixel HD 1080P 4 in 1 TVI/CVI/AHD/CVBS Security Cameras Day Night 100ft IR Distance Waterproof Camera for HD TVI, AHD, CVI and CVBS/DVR 960H analog cameras can be placed on the roof and large areas such as the gymnasium. While installing one of the cameras, it fogged up as soon as it was turned on and gave me a "No Signal" error. I replaced it with the replacement unit I had and no more problems. Image quality was phenomenal and I had better coverage than my previous setup. The last 4 cameras I bought were ZOSI 2.0 Megapixel HD 1080P 4 in 1 TVI/CVI/AHD/CVBS Security Cameras Day Night Waterproof Camera 65ft IR Range Compatible with TVI, AHD, CVI and Analog HD DVRs CVBS/960H which have replaced some of my internal cameras in our culinary and visiting areas. And again, I had no complaints about the quality of the images. After about a month of continuous use, one of my first 4 cameras showed images that started turning green, then turned purple, then turned black. I have completely lost the image. Having only access to email as I work in cemeteries and most people sleep comfortably in their beds, I contacted Zosi support and explained the circumstances of my camera failure. During the day, Koko contacted me for more information about the malfunctions. After I submitted the model and serial numbers of the defective cameras, she sent me two replacement cameras without waiting for the defective cameras to be shipped. For me it was the first time! The usual process has always been this: file a claim, wait for a return label, wait for the company to receive the product, then wait some more for them to tell me I did something, and then argue back and forth until they there are reluctant to ship the goods. me a replacement. In this case - not a single complaint about how the claim was processed and Koko was absolutely fantastic! She was able to reach me in a day or two at most, got all my questions answered and sent me new cameras - all just before Christmas! Thanks for such a great experience!
