Very poor quality product
So many of these things fell right apart upon trying to install them. The part you screw into the wood isn't actually attached to the handle, and I'd say 1/3 of them in the 4 packs I bought wouldn't properly thread and ended up totally coming apart. Some were discolored, some were dinged. I'm sorry I bought so many of these and started installing them. Huge waste of time.edit to add: Their customer service team is outstanding, and offered many ways to fix this issue for me. I appreciate that a lot.
