Works. I set it to 24.78 volts. Although long, it fits my printer perfectly (the measurements given are accurate). The fan is quite loud, but for its size, I'm not sure there's anything you can do about it. It actually heats my questionable printer bed to 90C and keeps it (my printer is a TEVO Tarantula Pro. Pass it on to TEVO) which is 10C, so ABS and PETG are now (finally) possible.
