This is a bomb for lubricating and preserving rubber window and door seals (car and home). It sticks when wet, but forms a completely dry lubricating film when dry. Feels like talc or dry Teflon. Worked great on my convertible roof seals (which creaked). My house's doors open and close better because the weatherproof rubber slides better on the frame. I have tried other lubes but they are sticky and attract dirt. This stuff does and it's dry. I'll try it on my window frame glue marks.
