ARRIS is extremely useless for troubleshooting. Every time I called, they offered different solutions that required multiple steps and a lot of time. None of them have ever worked. Even with an IT pro who was here 8 hours and on the phone with ARRIS for over an hour, the problem could not be solved. I have already asked the IT company to solve my WiFi problems with another solution, which they did. After that, my 30-day money-back window ended. ARRIS was very close to me and would not accept this, the SBX-AC1200P or the SBX-1000P without replacement. Unacceptable answer for me as I had already solved the wifi problem and no longer needed their broken hardware. Cost me over $350.00 Terrible experience. I do not wish on anyone. Find another solution if I were you.
