Review on Apptio SaaSLicense by Lancy Rakesh

The ability to see what is happening with your licenses at any given time has been very helpful for me as an admin of multiple accounts that are managed by different departments within my organization! It's also nice being able to have access from anywhere via mobile or computer so I don't need someone else physically present when they're needed most - which makes life easier overall since everyone works remotely now anyway (I'm not sure if this was available before but it would be great!). Sometimes there isn’s enough information displayed about why something failed/wasn‘ t applied etc., sometimes things aren;' t updated properly after changes were made elsewhere e g adding new users)etc.. This software could definitely use some more work done into making everything look better visually & user friendly especially considering how many people will likely try using their product without knowing anything specific abut them beforehand like us admins do know.
