This is the screen of choice for BigTreeTech's SKR 1.4 board. It works well and has many built-in options. The only downside is that the firmware that comes with it is not open source. I recommend updating it to the latest available firmware with the theme and graphics of your choice and then running it in "Marlin mode" (12864 compatible) most of the time. This puts you in direct control of the Marlin, rather than acting like just another serial controller like it does in touchscreen mode. Touchscreen mode offers convenient control over movements, baby steps, and more, so it's a great option. I feel like the old Marlin mode always shows more up-to-date information, but you can switch between the two at any time. I would give 5 stars if the firmware was open source. It would be nice to know that the code will be maintained by the community as BTT moves to next-gen products.
