Revain Basics appears to be a 'Basics' brand. and this is no exception. You will receive a plain hardcover front and back cover. But it's thinner than most. You will receive a folder on a wire ring. But it's thinner than most. You will receive 2 books. You get 100 sheets of paper, but they are "thinner" (thinner) than most of them. Almost smoother. And the binding holes break out before the perforations. So you get a little less. a little easier than well-known brands. My daughter, on the other hand, loves to draw and fills notebooks with her doodles. She is not talented. So they work great for them.
