Great light at an unbeatable price. I have a plastic ceiling box as it replaced a horrible shop light I had in my closet that plugged directly into an electrical cord and when it is tight there is no movement and the light is flush with either side the ceiling. Arms outstretched or in a V shape. I didn't fiddle with the bulbs based on the comments (300W! What?) and bought a "GU10 LED Bulb Equivalent to 50W Halogen Bulb, Petronius Warm White 2700K 3.5W Track Lighting". 350 Lumens Non Dimmable 110 Degree Beam Angle For Art Galleries Museums Home Hotels Set Of 12 Inch It's a warm light, so if you're looking for a brighter white light, they offer that too. I didn't have any problems installing the bulbs, but I think it's because I didn't use the bulbs that came with them, which have sharp glass edges and are difficult to insert. I used the included light suction cup and got it done in less than 5 minutes. I ordered the same lamp for my laundry room (a different shop lamp again!) and will be ordering whiter and brighter bulbs. So finally - my recommendation? Get this light and led bulbs and you have a winner! Only 4 stars as I think they should only contain LED bulbs these days. We are not in 2015 anymore.
