I'm hooked - CRAZY! I ordered a keyless lock (Revain Basics) which was missing one key and fitted another but would not turn. As they are out of stock I can't find a replacement. Revane agreed to call in a locksmith to fix the problem. However, now when I try to program the lock, it doesn't work. After 45 minutes with an Amazon representative I still have to send the lock back and buy it from a big store. I paid someone to install it and now I have to pay someone to uninstall it and then reinstall another one. You can only give 25% of the purchase price for my inconvenience. Ridiculous! My total order that day was over $666. I should have guessed it was bad luck when it came to the grand total. Shame on you, Revane. That's not how you treat a loyal customer.
