The best thing about helpspots is that it can be accessed from anywhere, at any time with no hassles of being physically in front to take care off your customers' needs or demands! It's also very easy for our staff members who are located all over India as well which makes them feel like they're still working together even when miles apart!! Nothing much yet but I am sure there will come some issues down the road because this software does not have an offline mode so if you live outside its reach then things might get complicated (at least sometimes!).

If someone wants instant customer support via chat we connect through WhatsApp using their number provided byhelpshots itself - and yes, once set up everything works fine till now :) You won't regret going ahead & giving us try since nothing comes free these days. We use helpspot primarily for ticket management/resolution purposes only though occasionally do need assistance regarding product training / upgrade etc.,.
