Review on ☕ Bonavita BV1900TS: SCA Certified 8 Cup Coffee Maker with Thermal Carafe - Effortless One-Touch Pour Over Brewing by Jennifer Howard

This coffee maker makes the most consistent coffee we've ever had. .Pro: Constant water temperature from 195 to 200 degrees from the shower head. The carafe keeps the coffee hot for 3-4 hours. Minimum number of moving parts. It has a "Bloom" function to moisten the coffee grounds before brewing. to pour the last piece of coffee. It seems that if you don't descale consistently, there's a lot of steam coming out of the vents above the shower head. Only holds 8 5 ounce mugs (not really, but worth mentioning if you're used to larger coffee mugs). Bonavita has excellent customer service: after 4 months of use, we noticed small cracks in the water tank. The water never spilled and you really couldn't see them unless you removed the carafe and looked closely (see attached photo). I contacted Bonavita customer service through their website, filled out a very short online form, uploaded a photo and a receipt. After 3 business days we received an email that a new block had been sent and the old block was to be scrapped. No further questions were asked and there was no hassle. The new device arrived within a few days and works great. Thank you Bonavita!
